A Lifetime of Practice

Ken’s journey began decades ago, driven by a search for balance and internal resilience. With a long background in various martial arts and lifelong meditation, he has dedicated himself to refining the arts of Tai Chi and Chi Gung. His path has been one of consistent study, moving from the external mechanics of movement to the internal awareness of energy. Today, he brings this warm, concierge-level experience to his students, sharing the practical wisdom gained through years of grounded, mindful training.

Relaxation & Balance

We emphasize letting go of unnecessary tension to find a stable, grounded center in every movement.

Our Approach

Internal Awareness

Developing sensitivity and deep internal focus to better understand how energy moves through the body.

Body-Mind Training

Practical exercises designed to bridge the gap between physical mechanics and mental clarity through intentional practice.

“Tai Chi is psychologically relaxing, and it is meditative when done slowly.”
